According to admin's report, it will improve their support service that has some blames from the direction of program members. Also, now the program members is able to use AlertPay payment system in their payments. -- News from the management of Capitalex HYIP: "Our server was under attack and the website was unavailable or slow. Our provider decided to make some upgrade in the next few days to increase the stability of our server and block the attack.
