Usually such problem can be fixed by a simple notification with a copy of transcation details to the program management, but sometimes the notification isn't enough. Some members try to solve such problem by itself, they send their reports to the program administration, they wait for any answer, but nothing happens. It takes days or weeks and the problem stays unresolved. For example, one member of Oil Insider HYIP made a deposit one week ago, but his program account wasn't credited. He tried to inform the program management about it, but without success. Yesterday he sent us a request to verify this situation, to help him in the context of our Cares Campaign service. We confirmed the problem and the program was marked as problematic. We have received a reply from the Oil Insider management, they assured us that the problem is solved, but we can't restore their status until we received a confirmation from their member. If your deposit isn't credited to your account balance in any HYIP and the administration doesn't respond on your emails within 24 hours - don't hesitate to report about such situation on all possible forums. Any public action will be useful, just because you may help other investors to avoid such situation by informing them about possible problems. -- NovalexFinance HYIP is one of the popular HYIPs nowadays. Due to the high popularity, some persons try to use the popular name and create their programs with the same graphical layouts, with the similar website's URLs. In other words they use the well-known name for an attempt to mislead their site visitors. Be careful, the original NovalexFinance HYIP is available only on Novalexfinance.com -- Some members of Funds String HYIP can't access their accounts, another members report that they have active deposits but the system doesn't calculate their profits. According to admin's explanation, it caused by the recent program update. If you have any problem with your account, please send a notification to the program support: paymentmanager@fundstring.com and CC to admin@fundstring.com . An interesting fact that we sent such notification yesterday, but the problem still not resolved. -- If you want to get your profits through PerfectMoney in BricsForex HYIP, please put your PM account to the following variant: an account ID must begin from the capital "U". Otherwise the system can't process your request. -- Somebody tries to promote via email a software which is being represented as a useful tool for a daily work with various payment systems. The email contains the attached file - Liberty-Keeper 1.0.rar . Please don't run the attachment, this software is created to steal your private data. -- SetInvest HYIP is situated in our Blacklist but the website of this program still contains our monitoring seal (the seal is fake, of course) with the PAYING status.
