policy.
StormPay has illegally
modified its User Agreement
today (February 8, 2006). Of
the most importance is Section
14, which essentially allows
StormPay to withdraw (without

funds, 12 daily pro and Storm
Pay should all be banished. I
lost thousands of dollars out
of my pocket and now Stormpay
has denied my claims pointing
fingers at these other false
companies. A hard lesson
learned for me and my family
and it is sad these other
jerks have their pockets lined
with our money and Stormpay
who denies any involvement had
advertised these companies and
too was quick to get their
commission cut off of what
money I transfered to these
other stupid companies but
after sumitting 6 seperate
claims via stormpay they have
choosen to wash their hands of
this! I have waited a few
weeks giving the benefit of
the doubt to 5 day funds but
get real people we have all
lost and they have walked away
scott free with smiles on
their faces. Let's only hope
they get their just award!

Ha! 5 day funds stormpay
account has been frozen! They
will no longer be able to make
any transactions through
stormpay. Not like they were
doing anything except trying
to get the money into their
pockets. Stormpay has
initiated the process of funds
recovery. If you have not
already put in a claim, you
should do so now as refunds
will be given (if recoverable)
in the order of claim. For
those of you who were
optimistic and hoped that 5
day funds would pay them
out... sorry, but those of us
who would rather see our
initial investment come back
rather than just sit on hope
have won! I would rather see
my money lost to a reputable
company who sincerely invested
my money in what they said
they were investing in, then
see any of it go to a company
who were trying to start a new
life for themselves with my
money! Should I recover any
funds through this
investigation, I will consider
donating it to a worthy cause
as I have already considered
it a loss. Maybe I will donate
it in honour of them to the
local pound, at least it will
be going to a more worthy DOG! |

I began with 5D on 1/17/06,
tried to send in 1st deposit
via stormpay on 1/18/06,
rejected because on 18th 5D
changed opening initial
deposit to $50, I sent
additional money to StormPay.
On 1/24/06 sent 5D $55 for the
initial opening deposit,
directly into the Standard
Plan. Profit on 1/25 was
14.30, & 1/26 was 14.60,
reinvested $14 each early each
day. Early on Friday invested
the next $14, but account
stated total earned = $28.60.
The 3rd reinvest of 14, not
sure if it went thru? But, to
everyone involved in this
opinion report; I treated my
$55 as a roll of the dice in a
casino. I hope the 5D
computers are burned up, on
strike, and/or just tuckered
out. I hope the 5D Boys are
not Fly-by-NIGHT, rip off con
men. If my $55 has evaporated
so be it. And I woun't try any
more of this type of
unregulated HYIPsters. This
was my 1st try at these new
fangled HYIP's. So, if the 5D
Boys are now criminals at
large, I hope the Mounties are

I am so sick of hearing you

hours every time. I really
hate when people give bad
press just because a program
is having hardware or software
issues. Lets face it we all
know that these programs are
risky. If you can't afford to
loose the money or if you are
not prepared to loose the
money then don't invest in
high risk programs. Please go
and get yourselfs an IRA and
stop belly aching. More
programs would succeed if
people would just take these

them to a page that says the
server is too busy and to
check back later but if you
hit the 5 Day Funds banner at

I have just got paid as
promised within 120
hours(5days). The site is slow
due to heavy number of
visitors, but they are doing a
good job in payment. None of
the HYIP ever answer email
becoz they are too many emails
to be answered but that
doesn't mean they did not
read. Sometimes it is the
fault of the hosting or the
scripts. By the way I have
withdrawn more than $5000 and
it is never a problem. If you
want back your money go to the
proper channel like the forum.
They do see the forum. By
posting not paid for every
little problem will cause more
problem for all the investors
becoz your negative comments
will break the system and

5DF has paid me as promised
for 5 cycles now. In the
meantime, for better or worse,
5DF has changed their
withdrawal processing time
from 48 hours to 120 (and
posted this on their website
quite a while ago). Even so,
based on their past
performance with me, I have
considered the risks and
reinvested. Please don't post
"not paid" until 5
days (to the minute - they
apparently pay by a script,
and it is accurate to the
minute and hour of withdrawal
request) has gone by without
payment. Unnecessary negative
marks on the monitoring
websites put ALL of our
investments at risk. Please
understand the rules of the
game before you accuse someone
of breaking them. My payout
is scheduled for Sunday. I
will post "paid" or
"not paid" the
moment they are paid (or
unpaid) and not a moment
before. |

The first time they doubled, I

50%. The second time they
